• The “1 Baseline Incentive Package” offers foundational incentives already available to investors, including the Law on Investment, the 2024 SHV Investment Program, the Law on Public-Private Partnerships, and other applicable benefits under existing legislation.
• The “1 Targeted Industrial Policy” introduces tailored tax and non-tax incentives (such as talent attraction programs and streamlined administration) to attract investors in key industries like agro-processing, tourism, high-tech manufacturing, and more.
